    2.研究方向

    主要从事激光微纳加工和微纳3D打印技术研究,主要面向电子制造领域的光电、半导体材料和器件开展激光加工基础理论与方法、加工过程建模仿真与检测技术、微纳3D打印技术等研究。主持完成了10多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、广东省自然科学基金等国家、省、市级及企业委托项目,第一作者或通讯作者在发表研究论文40多篇(其中SCI/EI论文30多篇,JCR一区20篇,TOP期刊10篇),第一发明人授权专利20余件。

    激光微纳加工研究中心现有飞秒/皮秒/纳秒激光加工系统、1064/532/355nm波长DPSS固体激光器和光纤激光器等一批先进激光加工基础平台,拥有超快成像光谱仪、声发射检测仪、高速摄影仪、接触角测量仪等一批检测仪器。
